Write a paper examining two companies Netflix and Blockbuster. You will examine the reasons why Netflix thrived, and blockbuster declined during a period of technological transition. It is crucial to utilize course material to show your understanding of the change processes needed for successful transitions.

Case study 1 PRESENTATION:
Give a Power Point (or Zoom) presentation with recorded audio summarizing your findings in your paper.  
12 – 15 mins in length total
Case Study 2:  (Group Project: Movie “American Factory”)
Compare and contrast the change leadership efforts of Chairman Cao with the theoretical concepts studied in class. It is crucial that you incorporate classroom and textbook concepts we studied throughout the semester (Cameron & Green AND Ford).
Questions to reflect on:
• Did Chairman Cao lead a successful change effort?
• What were some of the problems that he faced and how did he resolve or exacerbate those problems?
• What theoretical concepts (studied this semester) did he inadvertently utilize during this change effort?
• Compare and contrast the leadership efforts of Chairman Cao and Jesus (as studied in FORD)?
• What are some theoretical concepts that you would have suggested he incorporate if you were the change agent hired at FUYAO?
IMPORTANT:
• Refer to the theoretical concepts learned in the course to demonstrate your comprehension
• THIS IS A GROUP PROJECT :  
o 3 PEOPLE MINIMUM, MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE
