توضیح بصورت زیر هست:
CONSULTANT shall perform the transient analysis for the new 20” transfer line in consideration with the existing 16” pipeline and future 20” pipeline which have been identified as a part of the study for the SAHIL Phase 3 Development Project.
• RDS-1 to SAHIL CDS New Transfer Line - Slug Study
◦ Existing16 inch transfer line
◦ Ph III 20-inch transfer line
◦ Future RDS 20-inch transfer line From RDS to CDS
◦ The hydraulics is performed by considering the Followings
▪️ Manifold distribution at RDS to existing, new and future transfer lines by maintaining the back pressure Limit at RDS/ wells.
▪️ Due to instability the manifold/well fluid will be directed to both 16 inch and 20-inch Transfer lines
▪️ In Future 2030 one more 20inch Transfer line will be installed.
• CONSULTANT shall perform the transient analysis for the following lines, where a detailed model and report already prepared, and the native format will be shared with the Consultant. Consultant needs to update and re-run the simulation cases based on the COMPANY provided comments (including any new data / cases (if any) are to be updated for the developed model, to re-run all the cases and update the report accordingly.
• SAHIL Export Gas Transfer Line from SAHIL CDS to Asab - Slug Study
◦ New Gas Export Transfer Line
◦ Main Oil Transfer Line from SAHIL CDS to ASAB – Slug Study
▪️ From SAHIL CDS to ASAB existing line
• Consultant to perform, verify, and update detailed analysis of FEED “Transient Analysis Report” and verify/update and provide necessary design mitigation.
• Consultant shall verify/update the headers/separators/slug catcher sizes based on estimated slug volume for all modes of operation under relevant design cases and transient scenarios such as ramp-up, ramp down, turndown, pigging etc. for new transfer lines from RDS to CDS.
• The reports shall cover all the details as minimum content and include, but not limited to the sections and sub sections present in FEED “Transient Analysis Report”
• Consultant shall submit the commercial bid based on the similar project experience with clear assumption in their proposal
