My core focus was enhancing the accuracy of tumor diagnosis. To achieve this, I mastered the mathematical formulas, algebraic structures, and programming logic essential for medical diagnostics. I also doved deep into Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) to build robust diagnostic models.

Medical Image Processing & Computer Vision: Beyond just CNNs, understanding specific libraries like OpenCV or SimpleITK for preprocessing medical images (like MRI, CT, or X-ray scans) is crucial. This includes noise reduction, segmentation, and normalization techniques.

Data Preprocessing & Handling Imbalance: Medical datasets are often small and imbalanced . Skills in SMOTE , data augmentation , and handling missing values are vital for training fair and accurate models.

Model Interpretability (Explainable AI - XAI): In healthcare, "black box" models aren't enough. Doctors need to know *why* a model made a decision. Learning tools like SHAP or LIME helps explain the model's predictions, which is essential for clinical trust.

Bioinformatics & Genomics Data Analysis: If you want to expand beyond imaging, understanding how to analyze genetic data (like DNA sequencing) can help in personalized medicine and early cancer detection.
